The Promoter – The Promoter is ID-Pal a company registered in Ireland with its registered office at 145 Pearse Street, Dublin 2 (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility Criteria – This draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to all ID-Pal marketing database registered contacts who are aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, any of its affiliates or any third parties or agencies connected with or involved in the administration of the Prize Draw will not be eligible to enter/win.
How to Enter – Complete the entry form on https://www.id-pal.com/dark-money-conference/. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion and any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.
Closing Date – The competition closes at 17:00 (GMT+1) on 13th September 2021 (the “Closing Date”), and six (6) winners will be drawn at random shortly thereafter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure in the submission of entries or for any entry which is not received by it on or before the Closing Date for any reason, including for technical reasons. Any entries received by the Promoter after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
Terms of Participation – Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by submitting an entry on the designated form found on the URL https://www.id-pal.com/dark-money-conference/.
The Prize – The six (6) entrants drawn at random (the “Prize-Winners”) will be entitled to receive free ticket for the full 3 days virtual event Dark Money Conference 2021 (the “Prize”). The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any matter arising out of or resulting from the Prize Draw or the enjoyment of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferrable and cash will not be offered as an alternative to the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate.
Selection of the Prize-Winners – The Prize-Winners will be drawn at random by the Promoter. The Prize Draw will take place on 17:00 (GMT+1) on 13th September 2021. The declaration of the Prize-Winners by the Promoter is final and correspondence will not be entered into with any other person. The Prize-Winners will be notified by email or phone on 14th September and the Promoter will contact each Prize-Winner via email and / or phone directly by email with their entry ticket to virtually attend Dark Money Conference 2021. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that a Prize is lost, stolen, damaged or unclaimed including for the avoidance of doubt where a Prize does not reach the intended destination or a Prize-Winner is not notified because of a delivery failure of the notification email through any email system.
Miscellaneous – The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. The Promoter shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw and/or the Prize other than death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s personnel and/or deceit or fraud by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s personnel.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw or the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw, with no liability to any entrant, the Prize-Winners or any third party.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction – The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw shall be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of Ireland.
Data Protection – The Promoter respects your privacy rights. We will make use of and process the personal data you provide in connection with the Prize Draw only to the extent and only for the time necessary to administer this Prize Draw. The contact details and delivery address nominated by each Prize-Winner will be passed on to a third party insofar as necessary for the delivery of the Prize itself.
