Attending the MPE 2018 event proved to be invaluable for ID-Pal. It was the beginning of our exploration and validation of the payments industry as a possible market opportunity. The event provided crucial exposure to industry leaders, access to a broad client network and instant feedback on the ID-Pal product. We were also awarded the MPE 2018 Start-up Innovation Award.
Coming out of the event a number of industry leaders came onboard as early adopters in order to validate our solution and develop reference points. These merchant payments providers had extremely specific requirements for their identity verification process, with complex use cases spread across different customer types, channels and jurisdictions. Working in close collaboration with these customers, we refined and enhanced our offering until it was perfectly tailored to their business needs.
