This includes

· Queries about the status of a submission

· Sending & re-issuing of links

· The appointment process.

Please direct all these queries to the Department of Justice via immigrationportalsupport@justice.ie because identity verification is one part of the process and ID-Pal plays no part in any of the other stages.
