SaaStock brings 4,000 founders, executives and investors to Ireland for three days – ID-Pal visited the 2019 edition of SaaStock at Dublin’s RDS.
Compared to mega-conferences such as WebSummit this was a cosy and intimate event, which actually meant that meeting people and making connections was relatively easy.

Stripe Press highlights ideas that we think can be broadly useful. Some books contain entirely new material, some are collections of existing work reimagined, and others are republications of previous works that have remained relevant over time or have renewed relevance today.
The ‘High Growth Handbook‘ by Elad Gil caught our attention and it’s worth noting that the author previously worked with high-growth, tech companies like Airbnb, Twitter, Google, Stripe, and Square as they’ve grown from small companies to global enterprises.
Because we were at the SaaStock event on the last day we were lucky enough to hear the finalists in the Global Pitch Competition and met the winners from crank wheel – which offers custom-made Screen Sharing for sales professionals. They were lucky enough to win best B2B SaaS Startup and take the €25,000 prize back to Reykjavík, Iceland.
